D365 Solutions Architect (FinOps)

Quisitive, a global Microsoft partner specializing in Microsoft platform and complementary technologies, is seeking a Microsoft D365 Solutions Architect (FinOps) to join their high-performing team. This role involves overseeing system design and quality assurance for multiple projects, training and coaching consultants, and providing full lifecycle project support. The ideal candidate should have full life cycle D365 implementation experience, knowledge of D365 customization process, experience in presales activities, and expertise in functional areas such as Finance, Project Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Case management, or Field Services. Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills are also required.

• Support multiple projects overseeing system design and quality assurance.
• Train, guide, and coach consultants/senior consultants.
• Perform full lifecycle project duties including project definition/estimation, business requirements analysis, QA functional design, and ongoing QA activities related to the build and deploy phases.
• Create gap analysis between standard functionality and the customer's requirements.
• Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, or workarounds to meet the customer's requirements.
• Assist industry consulting leads in estimating the steps in formulating their solution maps (based on industry knowledge).
• Have full life cycle D365 implementation experience.
• Have knowledge of D365 customization process (tools, LCS, TFS, etc.).
• Have experience in presales activities including solution demo, industry SME, estimating, and creating SOW's.
• Have experience with integration and data migration tools.
• Be an SME in one of the following functional areas: Finance, Project Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Case management, or Field Services.
• Have strong experience in a secondary area: Finance, Project Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Case management, or Field Services.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Have good problem-solving, analytical, time management, and organization skills.

• Full life cycle D365 implementation experience
