About the position

Responsibilities
- Drive and maintain the PayiQ product roadmap, aligning business objectives and market opportunities with product priorities
- Support validation of product concepts and ideas, establish and gain support for the vision and approach
- Collaborate with the SVP of Product Development to develop and maintain portfolio and product business models, including sales, costs, expected return, and pricing approach
- Understand and define market needs related to first-party data collection for retailers supported by the PayiQ Payments Platform
- Work closely with PayiQ engineering to prioritize feature releases and implement frequent incremental enhancements
- Ensure feature quality and other product management deliverables, actively participate in all delivery ceremonies
- Define operational stability and scalability requirements and partner with engineering to deliver platform improvements
- Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain the team backlog aligned with the Product Vision
- Lead the product strategy and definition for internal stakeholders, including Sales and Marketing
- Understand the scope and business implications of technical decisions and provide input on decision-making and sequencing of technical enablers
- Partner with operational teams to improve support and delivery of client-facing products
- Document product operations to facilitate excellent client service experiences.
