About the position
Quisitive is seeking a Director of Sales Operations - Cloud Services to lead the creation and daily activities of their Cloud Sales Operations Team. This role will be responsible for building and managing a SalesOps function that drives efficient achievement of sales objectives through the implementation of sales processes, tools, and systems, as well as the utilization of sales analytics and intelligence. The Director of Sales Operations will also be responsible for optimizing revenue generation by improving the productivity of the sales team, coaching and mentoring account executives, and coordinating efforts with the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and daily activities of the Cloud Sales Operations Team
- Build, run, and maintain a Cloud Sales Operations function
- Utilize sales process, tools, and systems to drive efficient achievement of sales objectives
- Identify, utilize, and refine sales analytics and intelligence
- Design, deploy, and compensate the sales force
- Build and manage Revenue Operations
- Ensure data quality within the Cloud Sales Organization's systems and tools
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data that drive key Sales KPIs
- Provide insights and trends from analyzing CRM, pipeline, and customer information
- Advise and make recommendations to executive and sales leadership on actions to achieve sales goals
- Create and govern the sales forecast process
- Source, compile, and manipulate data for a consistent and reliable forecast
- Optimize the productivity of the sales team by maximizing the capabilities of sales tools
- Identify best practices and sales insights
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Account Executives
- Engage with customers to introduce Quisitive's digital transformation capabilities
- Implement strategies and tactics to accelerate deal closures
- Build new functionality into the CRM system for accurate sales process tracking
- Build, validate, deploy, and refine sales-related KPIs
- Coordinate efforts with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing events
- Create buyer segments and personas and enable Account Executives with selling content aligned to them
- Create battlecards to position Quisitive against competition
