About the position
The job overview for the D365 Senior Functional Supply Chain Consultant role at Quisitive is to be part of a team developing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for Quisitive customers. The consultant will receive training and support in delivering quality solutions for various project phases, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, support, and maintenance. They will serve as a subject matter expert, providing assistance for D365 system implementations, integrations, and process consultations. The role requires 3-5+ years of experience in implementing Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations with a focus on Supply Chain, as well as good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Dynamics 365 solutions for Quisitive customers
- Receive training in methodologies to deliver quality solutions for project phases such as Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Support and Maintenance
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide assistance for D365 system implementations, integrations, and process consultations
- Implement Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with a focus on Supply Chain
- Customize D365 F&O products using tools such as LCS and TFS
- Work with integration tools and 3rd party add-on modules
- Have knowledge of core business processes such as accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, sales and marketing, field service, case management, etc.
- Develop productive customer and team relationships
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills
- Occasionally travel for delivering customer solutions
- Previous consulting experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Experience leading project teams through design workshops and pilot environments is a plus
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with a focus on Supply Chain
- At least one full life cycle implementation of D365 F&O and knowledge of product customization process (LCS, TFS, etc.)
- Experience with integration tools and 3rd party add-on modules
- Basic experience with core business processes such as accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, sales and marketing, field service, case management, etc.
- A credible, professional presence and ability to develop productive customer and team relationships
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills
- Occasional travel during the course of delivering customer solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous consulting experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience leading project teams through design workshops and pilot environments
