D365 Business Central Technical Architect

Quisitive, a global Microsoft partner specializing in Microsoft platform and complementary technologies, is seeking a Dynamics BC Technical Architect to join their high-performing team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership for the Dynamics team, working directly with client business teams to design and integrate BC and CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Business Central/NAV implementations, strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, and the ability to lead a project technical team. • Lead the technical design and integration of BC and CRM on a large enterprise implementation project
• Work directly with client business teams to provide the technical architecture of the solution
• Own the overall technical quality of the project
• Understand business requirements and communicate how technical solutions can solve their business challenges
• Architect complex technical solutions including customizations and integration development for Microsoft Business Central/NAV implementations
• Work with Waterfall and Agile ERP implementation methodologies
• Create supporting documentation for project deliverables
• Lead a project technical team and ensure all deliverables are met
• Have deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and broad knowledge of the rest of the Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills
• Previous consulting experience in a customer-facing role would be a plus

• Extensive experience working with business teams and client teams to understand business requirements and communicating how technical solutions can solve their business challenges.
