About The Position

Respage is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help multifamily clients get value from its marketing, reputation management, and AI-powered technology. The role guides clients through implementation and their first 90 days of training and adoption, then builds relationships that support their long-term success. The Customer Success Manager helps clients use services, resolve problems, connect results to their goals, and identify suitable opportunities to expand across properties. This is a fully remote role, with applicants required to reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Ohio, or Florida. The starting salary is $60,000 annually.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, implementation, or similar client-facing work.
Clear communication, strong organization, and dependable follow-through.
Comfort learning software, solving problems, and managing multiple accounts.
A consultative approach to growth, listening first and recommending appropriate solutions.
Comfort using AI daily to work smarter while checking its accuracy.
Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Ohio, or Florida.
