About the position
As the first hire on the APAC Customer Success team at Carta, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business in the region. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the success and satisfaction of assigned clients by developing strategies to increase engagement, revenue, and mitigate churn. You will also be responsible for driving product adoption and usage, as well as identifying additional ways Carta can support customers. Overall, your role will contribute to improving customer retention and security.
Responsibilities
- Own the success and health of assigned clients
- Develop strategies for increasing engagement, revenue, and mitigating churn
- Develop consultative relationships with assigned territory of customers
- Drive product adoption and usage of Carta throughout the customer journey
- Drive retention and growth among customers
- Gather insights about customer adoption trends, engagement, overall health, and sentiment
- Resolve customer issues and proactively identify areas of risk
- Collaborate with R&D and Customer Support teams to resolve issues and share customer feedback
- Improve processes that scale
- Proactively engage with customers at scale regarding Carta's values, upsell opportunities, and upcoming renewals
- Negotiate win-win outcomes for the customer and Carta
