About The Position

Checkbox is a Sequoia-backed company building AI-powered Service Management for in-house legal teams. Legal departments at companies including SAP, Hitachi, and Pepsi use Checkbox to manage how legal work is received, routed, and resolved. The company has more than 100 team members across the United States, Australia, and Asia. As a Customer Solutions Architect, you will serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers. You will design, build, and configure workflows, integrations, and custom functions that help large legal teams launch quickly and scale their use of Checkbox. You will bring technical architecture expertise, confidence working with enterprise customers, and a hands-on approach to building solutions. Legal domain expertise is provided by Checkbox’s Legal Engineers; a legal background is not required.
