About The Position
The Customer Service - Commerce role at Chicken Express may involve taking orders, processing payments, handling cash accurately, preparing and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and stocked counter area and dining room. Employees are expected to know and promote the restaurant’s products and provide great customer service to all guests. Depending on placement, the role may also include back-of-house prep, cooking, or food-packing duties.
Responsibilities

- Follow recipe instructions and directions from the manager.
- Prepare food and products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and orderly kitchen.
- Follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
