About The Position

Catface is a YouTube entertainment company with a family of channels and an e-commerce business. This hands-on operations role manages customer cases, shipments, product families, online storefronts, and inventory recommendations. The specialist works independently on routine operational issues and escalates matters when needed. The role covers customer service, inbound freight coordination, collaboration with logistics and fulfillment partners, product listing and catalog maintenance across the company website and Amazon, product launches, inventory monitoring and forecasting, reorder and transfer recommendations, and event support. The pace is fast: a typical month may include a few hundred customer cases, a dozen or more active shipments, dozens of product families, and several product launches, along with one or more larger events each quarter.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, or customer service operations.
  • Working proficiency with Shopify or a comparable direct-to-consumer platform and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with import documentation and freight coordination.
  • Solid spreadsheet and reporting skills.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities across several workstreams without dropping the ball.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer cases from start to finish, including investigations involving warehouses, carriers, Amazon, and fulfillment partners; apply policy exceptions within approved authority.
  • Coordinate routine and moderately complex inbound shipments and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, quantities, and delivery schedules.
  • Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, vendors, and warehouses; help resolve freight claims and shipment discrepancies.
  • Maintain assigned product families across the company website and Amazon, including listings, FBA inventory, stranded inventory, suppressions, and catalog issues.
  • Execute product launches and build website collections, promotions, bundles, and landing pages.
  • Monitor stock levels, prepare monthly forecast recommendations, and report on weeks of supply, sell-through, and inventory risk.
  • Recommend reorders and inventory transfers and support discussions about order quantities and vendor pricing.
  • Coordinate event product assortments, inventory tracking, customer service preparation, and post-event reporting.
