About The Position
Join Bob’s Discount Furniture as a Retail Customer Service Support Associate on the Bob Squad, providing support throughout the customer journey. This omnichannel, in-store role assists guests in person, over the phone, and through digital platforms to help create a smooth shopping experience. The associate helps with orders, manages calls, and supports store teams while using technology and customer-service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work a flexible retail schedule. The hourly pay range is $16.00 to $17.22, excluding potential commissions, incentives, or bonuses. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours.
- Strong verbal communication, judgment, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to communicate with empathy, multitask, follow through, and maintain professionalism.
- Ability to solve problems and perform root cause analysis.
- Ability to use support systems for accurate order entry and payment processing.
