About The Position

The Seasonal Customer Service, Stock & Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer orders while providing outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing freight, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, and helping keep selling floors and stockrooms organized. The role also provides general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, accountable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a flexible schedule based on business needs and frequent physical activity, including handling and lifting merchandise.

Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived items to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders promptly while meeting quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
