About The Position

The seasonal Customer Service, Stock & Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory records, keeping selling floors and stockrooms organized, and providing general store support. The position requires continuous movement during shifts and handling merchandise of varying sizes and weights.

• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly and according to quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
