About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support its Indianapolis branch. This onsite role focuses on helping customers with post-installation service needs, coordinating service appointments, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. It is a fast-paced customer service position centered on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.

The position is based at 7531 Miles Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46231, and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Escalate urgent customer concerns to branch leadership when appropriate.
