Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking a full-time On Site Customer Service Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. This role provides face-to-face customer service support for the VA Medical Facility by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying order information. The specialist will maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction, coordinate handling of difficult situations, and act as a liaison with internal departments to fulfill customer needs. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. The position is primarily on-site at the Cincinnati VA hospital, with occasional travel to the Dayton VA hospital (1-2 times per month).
