The Customer Onsite Specialist will visit customer job sites, primarily warehouses or production facilities, to ensure seamless support for both customers and workers (Wonoloers). This role involves acting as a product expert for the Wonolo app, a problem-solver, and a human connection. Additionally, the specialist may assist with local recruiting operations for W2 jobs, including acquisition, onboarding, and assessment. The role requires supporting Wonoloers and customers through routine tasks and new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a direct impact on supporting local workers and shaping the future of work. The ideal candidate is organized, takes initiative, can communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and possesses strong problem-solving skills for ambiguous situations. They will serve as the face of Wonolo, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
