About The Position

Join Southwind’s Field Sales & Service Team at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Ashland, Virginia. The role combines customer service, sales, and junk removal work. Team members interact with customers, explain services and pricing, identify opportunities to increase sales, and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses while representing the brand professionally. The position is full-time, five days per week: four weekdays and one weekend day. Pay is listed as an average of $23–$30 per hour or more, consisting of a $13 per hour base plus profit share and tips. Paid training is provided, and overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs. Advancement opportunities include sales, leadership, and operations.

Requirements
