About The Position

Join Southwind’s Field Sales & Service Team at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Richmond, located in Ashland, Virginia. This full-time position combines customer service, on-site sales, and junk removal. Team members provide a strong customer experience, explain services and pricing, identify sales opportunities, and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses while representing the brand professionally. The role involves working with a team in a fast-paced environment. No junk removal experience is required. Pay averages $23–$30 per hour or more, consisting of a $13 per hour base rate, profit share, and tips.

Requirements

• Positive, energetic attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable and team-oriented.
• Able to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
