About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a full-time Customer Service and Sales Team Member for its Pinellas County territory, based in Clearwater, Florida. The role is part of the Field Sales & Service Team and combines customer service, on-site sales, and junk removal. Team members serve customers in homes and businesses, explain services and pricing, identify sales opportunities, and load and remove unwanted items. The position offers an average of $23–$30 per hour, comprising a $15 hourly base, profit share, and tips. The schedule is five days per week: four weekdays and one weekend day. Overtime may be available based on business needs. Paid training and advancement opportunities in sales, leadership, and operations are offered. No prior junk-removal experience is required. Requirements
