Customer Service & Sales Team Laborer
About The Position
Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Team Laborer for its Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines customer service, sales, and hands-on removal work at homes and businesses. Team members explain services and pricing, identify opportunities to increase sales, remove unwanted items, and represent the brand professionally. The position is full-time, five days per week: four weekdays and one weekend day. Pay averages $24–$27 per hour, consisting of $12 per hour plus profit share and tips. Paid training, overtime opportunities based on demand, and advancement opportunities in sales, leadership, and operations are offered. No junk removal experience is required.
Requirements
- Positive, energetic attitude.

- Reliable and team-oriented.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be 21 or older.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
