About The Position

Southwind, a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Team Laborer for its Field Sales & Service Team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, explaining services and pricing, identifying sales opportunities, and removing unwanted items from homes and businesses. Team members work alongside a hardworking crew and represent the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand professionally. The position offers paid training, opportunities for advancement into sales, leadership, and operations, and overtime opportunities based on demand. Junk-removal experience is not required. The schedule is five days per week: four weekdays and one weekend day.

Requirements

• Positive, energetic attitude.

• Reliable and team-oriented.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be 21 or older.
