About The Position
Southwind, owner of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Team Laborer for its Field Sales & Service Team. This full-time position combines customer service, sales, and physical labor. Team members provide a positive customer experience, explain services and pricing, identify sales opportunities, and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses while representing the brand professionally. The role offers paid training, overtime opportunities based on demand, and advancement opportunities into sales, leadership, and operations. Junk-removal experience is not required.
Requirements
- Positive, energetic attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable and team-oriented.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
