About The Position

The ideal logistics processor is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day. The position supports store logistics and sales-floor operations by receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping selling floors and stockrooms organized. It also provides general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs and to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

The pay range is $20.00–$20.80 per hour. Offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and unpack freight, then deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
