Remote Customer Service Sales Agent
About The Position
This is a remote, work-from-home role for people who live in Colorado. The agent speaks with people who have requested information about life insurance, understands their situations, helps them choose and apply for suitable coverage, and stays in touch with clients. Meetings take place by phone and video. No sales or insurance background is needed; training and assistance with licensing are provided. Before working with clients, the agent must obtain a Colorado resident life and health insurance license. This is a 1099 independent contractor role paid entirely by commission from completed sales, with no base salary. The stated annual pay range is $75,000 to $120,000, but earnings depend on activity, consistency, and results and are not guaranteed. The company charges no fees for training or onboarding; applicable state licensing costs are paid directly to the state licensing authority.
Requirements
- Live in Colorado.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have clear communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Be able to stay organized and manage daily activity.
- Be comfortable working independently with support.
- Be willing to obtain a Colorado resident life and health insurance license before working with clients; the company will help with the pre-licensing course and state exam.
Responsibilities
- Connect with people who have requested information about coverage; cold calling is not required.
- Understand clients' needs and present suitable life insurance options.
- Guide clients through the application process.
- Follow up and stay in touch with clients.
- Use the provided CRM to track activity and manage the work week.
