About The Position

Norco is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its medical store in Elko, Nevada. The role serves walk-in and phone-in customers by assessing their needs, explaining and fitting medical products and services, and processing orders. The representative also maintains a clean, stocked, organized, and presentable showroom. The position participates in an on-call rotation of approximately one week every four to five weeks. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the telephone.
Ability to work with diverse clientele.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to accurately enter data into a computer and acquire a working knowledge of applicable software applications.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically.
Answer telephone calls promptly.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, their placement, availability, prices, and uses.
Assess customer needs for products or services efficiently.
Educate patients and clients on medical products and services.
Fit and sell medical products and services to customers.
Process customer orders and enter them accurately into the computer.
Keep the showroom stocked, clean, organized, and presentable.
Participate in an on-call rotation of approximately one week every four to five weeks.
Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary.
