About The Position

Norco is hiring a Medical Store Customer Service Representative to serve walk-in and phone-in customers. The role involves helping customers identify suitable products and services, educating patients and clients about medical products, fitting and selling products, and processing orders. The representative also maintains a clean, organized, stocked, and presentable showroom. The position pays $20.50 per hour.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of home medical products, placement, availability, and pricing.
Ability to work with diverse clientele.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the telephone.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to accurately enter data into a computer and acquire working knowledge of software applications necessary for the position.

Nice To Haves

Medical background, including Respiratory Therapy or Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically.
