About The Position

Norco is seeking a Medical Store Customer Service Representative to serve walk-in and phone-in customers. The role includes helping customers identify appropriate products and services, educating patients and clients about medical products, fitting and selling products, processing orders, and maintaining an organized and presentable showroom. The position also involves accurate cash handling and computer data entry, along with other tasks as assigned or necessary.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work with diverse clientele.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to accurately enter data into a computer and acquire working knowledge of software applications necessary for the position.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Answer telephone calls promptly.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, their placement, availability, prices, and uses.
• Assess customer needs for products or services efficiently.
• Educate patients and clients about medical products and services.
• Fit and sell medical products and services to customers.
• Process customer orders and enter them accurately into the computer.
• Handle cash sales accurately.
• Keep the showroom stocked, clean, organized, and presentable.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary.
