About The Position

Norco is hiring a Medical Store Customer Service Representative to serve walk-in and phone-in customers. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing information and education about medical products and services, and fitting and selling products. The representative also processes customer orders and helps keep the showroom stocked, clean, organized, and presentable. The position is based at 2685 Commercial St NE, Salem, OR 97301, and pays $20.50 per hour.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of home medical products, their placement, availability, and pricing.
Ability to work with diverse clientele.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the telephone.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to accurately enter data into a computer and learn software applications necessary for the position.

Nice To Haves

Medical background, including Respiratory Therapy or Nursing experience.
