Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly customer service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves serving customers throughout the store, both inside and outside, and helping maintain high standards for store appearance. Employees work with an energetic team on a variety of daily tasks and may also assist with the food program. The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, weekly bonus potential, paid comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement. Requirements
- Provide excellent customer care and communicate through friendly conversation.
- Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
- Use problem-solving skills, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
- Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, using eye-hand coordination; may climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
