About The Position

Join Fraserway RV and help create unforgettable travel experiences. We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the seasonal period from April 2026 to September 2026 at our Halifax, Nova Scotia dealership. Both full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available. This role involves welcoming customers, supporting them throughout their RV rental experience, processing paperwork, demonstrating RV features, checking in returning RVs, and assisting other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Fluency in English plus German or Dutch
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, energetic personality and a genuine interest in helping others
• Availability to work weekends and collaborate as part of a team
• A desire to help turn vacation plans into lifelong memories

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Support customers throughout their RV rental experience, from pick-up to return
• Walk customers through paperwork clearly and efficiently
• Demonstrate RV features (truck campers and motorhomes), ensuring customers feel comfortable before heading out
• Check in returning RVs and help resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assist other departments as needed to support a smooth and seamless operation
