About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team during our busiest season. This is a full-time, seasonal opportunity expected to run for approximately 16 weeks. Although this position is temporary, it could lead to long-term employment based on business needs and individual performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and data entry
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text
  • Schedule services and assist with customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain and update accurate customer account information
  • Proactively notify customers of upcoming services and important updates
  • Resolve customer concerns with a solutions-focused approach
  • Support daily office operations and contribute to a well-organized, high-functioning team
