About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Houston, Texas store. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment, working in multiple areas of the store, and helping maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The position offers varied tasks, opportunities for career growth, and paid comprehensive training.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
Good communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, and handle cashiering.
Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program.
Work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
