About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Mission, Texas store. The role is suited to someone who wants to work in a fast-paced, fun environment and grow their career. Representatives greet customers, operate the register, cashier, suggest purchases, and may work with the food program. They work in various areas inside and outside the store to maintain its appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service. The position involves daily customer interaction and collaboration with an energetic team to accomplish store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Work at a quick pace while contributing to a positive environment.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities
