About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly customer service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves working throughout the store, inside and out, to maintain store appearance and support daily operations. Employees interact with customers and work as part of an energetic team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

The position offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, weekly bonus potential, paid comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement. The hiring range is $16.00 to $16.26.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and develop ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, and cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program.
• Work in different areas of the store, inside and out, to maintain appearance standards and provide fast, friendly service.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
