About The Position

The Customer Service Representative provides fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the store’s food program. Representatives work in various areas inside and outside the store to maintain standards for store appearance, support daily tasks, and provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. The position requires frequent customer interaction and collaboration with an energetic team.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while contributing to a team.
• Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder.
