About The Position

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide customer service, sales support, and property operations at a self-storage facility. The role helps customers find suitable storage solutions and helps keep the facility safe, clean, secure, and welcoming. The position includes assisting customers in person, by phone, and online; converting leads into rentals; completing rental agreements and payments; supporting collections and auction processes; conducting inspections; maintaining inventory and facility standards; and assisting with reconciliation, maintenance, and property improvements. The role occasionally requires lifting, carrying, and transporting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfort working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
Occasionally lift, carry, and transport materials, equipment, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds.
