About The Position

The Gund Company is seeking an experienced, full-time Customer Service Representative to manage the full order fulfillment process and support customer satisfaction. The role involves processing orders, responding to customer inquiries and quote requests, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The representative should communicate effectively, pay close attention to detail, and work independently with minimal supervision. The position is primarily office-based. Occasional work on the manufacturing floor may be required; appropriate personal protective equipment is provided and required. The job may involve repetitive tasks and sitting, standing, walking, using hands and fingers, talking, and hearing.

Requirements

High school graduate with reading, communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
At least 2 years of experience.
Flexibility to work overtime and adjust to emergency production needs.

Nice To Haves

A college degree in business or equivalent experience with formal training.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Proficiency with Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage the Order Fulfillment Process accurately, efficiently, and responsively.
Use ERP-CRM software and database systems to enter quotes and customer orders, and maintain and update customer notations (SSC-Sales, Service, Calls).
Respond accurately, promptly, and completely to customer inquiries and quote requests.
Build relationships with customers to understand their requirements and communicate them to production and sales teams.
Manage customer inventory requirements using the Purchase Requisition Process.
Perform other duties as assigned.
