About The Position

Domino’s is seeking an enthusiastic customer service representative to answer phones, enter pizza orders into computers, and learn to make pizzas from start to finish. The role requires a positive outlook and a willingness to work with the general public. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers opportunities for advancement from customer service to management and potentially other roles within the company.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and stack cases on shelves up to 72 inches high.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and receive and process telephone orders.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Prepare products, including learning to make pizzas from start to finish.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and stack cases on shelves.
Remove trash and perform other outside tasks.
