About The Position

Domino's is seeking an enthusiastic customer service representative to answer phones, enter pizza orders into computers, and learn to prepare pizzas from start to finish. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise, rapid movements.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform most tasks while standing, walk short distances for short durations, and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work around varying weather, temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone, use near- and mid-range vision and depth perception, and distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and receive and process customer orders by phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Learn to prepare pizza products.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and stock deliveries, using a hand truck as needed.
