About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, serving customers and helping maintain store standards. You will greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and sometimes assist with the food program. You will work in various areas of the store, both inside and outside, to provide fast and friendly service and keep the store presentable. The role involves interacting with customers throughout the day and working with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while enjoying the work.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
