About The Position
Planet Fitness – PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a friendly, motivated team player to welcome members at its St. Paul, Minnesota gym during morning hours. The role supports members and daily club operations by handling front desk duties, assisting with memberships, maintaining a welcoming environment, and preparing the facility for opening. The position includes opening the gym on Monday mornings and promoting memberships and additional services. Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Availability for early morning shifts, including weekdays and/or weekends.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn membership software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, member-facing environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a dependable team player.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in members with a friendly, upbeat attitude during morning hours.
- Open the gym on Monday mornings on time.
- Answer phones, respond to member inquiries, and handle front desk operations.
- Assist with new member sign-ups, tours, and membership account management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming club environment.
- Handle member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Perform opening procedures and ensure the facility is ready for the day.
- Promote and sell Planet Fitness memberships and additional services.
