About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. The role handles front desk activities, supports member services, helps maintain club cleanliness, and escalates issues to club leadership as needed. Requirements

• Honesty and a good work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Able to stand and walk for at least 75% of the shift.
• Able to talk in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential members and provide a positive customer experience.
• Answer phone calls politely and help with questions or concerns.
• Handle information calls and club tours.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Address member service issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Communicate questions, concerns, or issues to a supervisor in a timely manner.
• Apply customer service, active listening, problem-solving, and diplomacy in interactions with customers, coworkers, and the public.
