About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. The role includes greeting potential members, answering questions, conducting tours, assisting with member account and club services, and helping maintain the club’s cleanliness and neatness. Requirements

Honesty and a good work ethic.
Strong customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to stand and walk for at least 75% of the shift.
Ability to talk in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for less than 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

Greet potential members and provide a positive customer experience.
Answer phone calls politely and help with questions or concerns.
Handle information calls and give tours.
Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
Address member service issues and questions, referring them to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed.
Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Communicate questions, concerns, or issues to a supervisor in a timely manner.
Listen actively, empathize with customers, and work with them to solve problems.
Recognize and define problems, analyze relevant information, consider alternative solutions, and seek assistance when needed.
Demonstrate tact and appropriate behavior and language in all interactions.
