About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly service and helping maintain store appearance and standards. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Representatives work in different areas inside and outside the store and collaborate with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position offers flexible schedules and comprehensive paid training.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
