About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment and provide customers with fast, friendly service. The role involves working in many areas of the store, inside and outside, to help maintain store appearance and standards. Employees work with an energetic team, interact with customers throughout the day, and may assist with the food program. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and develop ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
