About The Position

Norco is seeking a Medical Store Customer Service Representative to serve walk-in and phone-in customers. The representative greets customers, responds to inquiries, helps customers identify suitable medical products and services, and processes sales and orders. The role also involves maintaining an organized, clean, stocked, and presentable showroom and completing other tasks as assigned or needed.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work with diverse clientele.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to enter data accurately into a computer and acquire working knowledge of software applications necessary for the position.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically.
• Answer telephone calls promptly.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, their placement, availability, prices, and uses.
• Assess customer needs for products or services efficiently.
• Educate patients and clients about medical products and services.
• Fit and sell medical products and services to customers.
• Process customer orders and enter them accurately into the computer.
• Handle cash sales accurately.
• Keep the showroom stocked, clean, organized, and presentable.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary.
