About The Position

Norco is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its medical store in Everett, Washington. This role serves walk-in and phone-in customers by helping them identify and obtain appropriate medical products and services. The representative provides friendly, knowledgeable service, processes customer orders, and helps maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked showroom. The position pays $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of home medical products, including placement, availability, and pricing.
Ability to work with diverse clientele.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the telephone.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to enter data accurately into a computer and learn software applications necessary for the position.

Medical background, including respiratory therapy or nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically.
Answer telephone calls promptly.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including their placement, availability, pricing, and use.
Assess customer needs for products or services efficiently.
Educate patients and clients about medical products and services.
Fit and sell medical products and services to customers.
Process customer orders and enter them accurately into the computer.
Keep the showroom stocked, clean, organized, and presentable.
Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary.
