About The Position

Norco is seeking a Medical Store Customer Service Representative to serve walk-in and phone-in customers. The role involves helping customers identify suitable medical products and services, educating patients and clients, fitting and selling products, processing orders, and maintaining an organized, stocked, and presentable showroom. The position pays $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of home medical products, placement, availability, and pricing.
Ability to work with diverse clientele.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the telephone.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to accurately enter data into a computer and learn software applications necessary for the position.

Nice To Haves

Medical background, including Respiratory Therapy or Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically.
Answer telephone calls promptly.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product placement, availability, pricing, and use.
Assess customer needs for products or services efficiently.
Educate patients and clients about medical products and services.
Fit and sell medical products and services to customers.
Process customer orders and enter them accurately into the computer.
Keep the showroom stocked, clean, organized, and presentable.
Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary.
