About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment and provide fast, friendly service. The role involves interacting with customers and working with an energetic team to accomplish daily store tasks. Employees work throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and support customer service. The position offers flexible schedules and paid comprehensive training.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Communication skills and a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, and cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and, at times, work with the food program.
• Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
