About The Position

AO is seeking friendly, motivated, and service-focused individuals to join our growing virtual team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives. You'll connect with individuals and families through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, answer questions, explain available benefit options, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client support. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide the training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development needed to help motivated individuals build a successful long-term career.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable using Zoom and online technology
• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administrative support, call centers, banking, military service, or sales can be helpful—but is not required.

Responsibilities
